Your team will experience how the creative process relaxes the mind as well as explore their true creative identities, while enjoying the freedom of self expression. Engaging in artistic activities enables individuals to tap into their inner strengths, resilience and inherent creativity, while gaining insights and self awareness. When a group shares similar experiences they foster enriching connections and gain better understanding of their colleagues who may have different perceptions. The experience transcends judgement of themselves and others through the process of sharing insights.

You may wish to integrate role play and art therapy in your workshop, together they activate whole brain activity.
