an introduction to Meditation

Meditation is a practice used to develop awareness of the present moment. Once informed, meditation becomes an important foundation and addition to one’s routine.

Meditation is one of those things that you need to experience for yourself, depending on whether you are a visual, audial, or tactile learner or a combination of either can make for various experiences.

Meditation is an easy practice to learn and master, providing a sense of empowerment and self-control. It is also a scientifically proven method of activating the relaxation response, which means it is the most natural way of maintaining health and well-being.

REGULAR PRACTICE ELEVATES CONSCIOUSNESS

Being able to take control of the mind & return the body to a relaxed response is the most natural way of maintaining health & wellbeing. The fastest & simplest way is by meditating. Regular practice not only helps switch off the fight or flight response, but also helps release old, unhelpful belief systems by creating new pathways of thought.

Meditation may also be combined with other holistic & natural complimentary healing modalities to enhance health & wellbeing.

WHERE ARE THE WORKSHOPS HELD? 

Create your own Group: At any location providing tables, chairs with enough space for all participants

Corporate workshops: This depends on the company’s facilities(usually held in conference rooms), can be held in-house or in an external location for an additional cost.
